SHIPPING
What is your standard processing time?
- Our processing time for most items is 1-2 business days. However, due to USPS delays shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Typical packages are deliverable within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
- No, currently we only ship to the contiguous United States.
Is there a discount for shipping?
- Unfortunately, shipping costs are regulated by USPS.
Will I be able to track my package once I place an order?
- Yes. You will receive a tracking number. When the item has been processed the order will say “shipped” and thereafter will show the order in transit to the address you placed in your order.
What if my tracking number says delivered, but it hasn’t arrived at my address?
- At times, your package can mistakenly be delivered to the wrong address by the post person. Immediately contact your local USPS to get updated as to whether or not the package in their system says delivered or to find out if they still have the package. For any questions you can feel free to contact us and we will do our best to be of assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you except returns or exchanges?
- Unfortunately, at this time we do not except returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If upon arrival my items are damaged, can I receive a refund?
- No. However, we can provide you with either a shop credit or a replacement item, if the item is still in stock. All you have to do is return the damaged item(s) to Sanadomi Goods within 5 business days of its original delivery date in order for this to apply.
Can I change, swap items out, or add to my order after it has been placed?

No. Once an order has been placed, we can’t add items to it, nor can we change it. We want you to be happy with your order so please review your order carefully before submitting.
